How do I sign up for ROON? To sign up for ROON, you will need to download the ROON app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Once you have the app, you can create an account by providing some basic personal information and payment details.
How do I find and unlock an ROON e-moped? To find an ROON e-vehicle, open the ROON app and use the in-app map to locate the nearest available vehicle. When you find the ROON you want to ride, scan the QR code on the handlebars to unlock it.
Do I need a driver's license to use ROON? Yes, you must have a valid driver's license to use ROON's e-moped sharing service.
What are the operating hours for ROON? ROON operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can use the app to locate and reserve an e-moped at any time.
How do I pay for my ROON ride? Payments for ROON rides are made through the app using a credit or debit card. You will be charged for the time you have the ROON, as well as any additional fees such as late return or parking violations.
What should I do if I have an issue with my ROON ride? If you experience any issues during your ROON ride, you can contact ROON's customer support team through the app or website. The team will be able to assist you with any problems you may be experiencing.
How to delete my account? Option 1: Log in to the app, navigate to settings, scroll down and tap the button to request deletion of your account at the bottom.

Option 2: Send us an email at support@roon.one (you should create account) using the e-mail address you verified e-mail in our service, with the subject “Account Deletion”, and “I hereby confirm I would like my account to be deleted”
